About Joanna
Maybe you're stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns, losing yourself in taking care of others, or numbing out just to get through the day? You might be carrying trauma, battling old shame, or trying to untangle years of codependency and self-doubt. I work with people navigating life transitions, relationship and family issues, codependency, addiction and recovery, trauma (including complex and developmental), and the challenging work of reclaiming yourself. My clients are often intelligent, insightful, and exhausted - people who’ve spent years holding it together for everyone else and are finally ready to focus on themselves.
Therapy with me is honest and collaborative. I bring an eclectic, relational approach that includes brain-body work (like Brainspotting) and practical skills to help you manage emotions and set boundaries - in a space where being quirky, messy, and fully who you are is welcomed.
