Oregon Providers Directory is a directory and matching service, not a healthcare provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. The information on this site is for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified mental health professional for clinical decisions.

Crisis Disclaimer

If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room. Oregon Providers Directory is not a crisis service.

Provider Listings

Provider profiles are created from publicly available information and provider submissions. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is current. Verify credentials, insurance acceptance, and availability directly with providers before scheduling.

For Providers

By creating a provider profile, you represent that you hold a valid Oregon license for the credentials listed. You agree to keep your profile information accurate and to respond to leads in a timely, professional manner. Oregon Providers Directory reserves the right to remove profiles that violate these terms.

Subscriptions & Billing

Provider subscription plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

Oregon Providers Directory is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to the quality of care received from listed providers.
