With 19 of these providers offering telehealth sessions, Oregonians across the state can access coaching from the comfort of their homes. 3 life coaches in Oregon accept the Oregon Health Plan (OHP), the state's Medicaid program, which may cover coaching sessions for eligible individuals. Thirteen life coaches offer sliding scale fees, which helps make services more affordable for those with limited financial means. Evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) are commonly used by these coaches. Currently, 24 life coaches are welcoming new clients, with 18 offering in-person sessions as well.
