About Bradley
Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or mentally exhausted—even though you’re keeping up with work and responsibilities? Do you find yourself overthinking, tense, or disconnected from what used to matter? In therapy, we'll focus on helping you reduce the grip of anxiety, respond differently to stress, and develop practical skills for handling difficult thoughts and emotions without feeling overwhelmed by them. I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, chronic stress, and burnout—often related to work pressure, life transitions, or long-standing patterns of self-criticism and avoidance. Many of my clients are capable, thoughtful people who have tried to manage on their own, but are now noticing that anxiety or low mood is affecting their lives.
