About Zoza

Pretending is tiring but vulnerability can be terrifying. I work with clients carrying the weight of relentless expectations, systemic pressures, and painful experiences, including BIPOC individuals, neurodivergent clients, adoptees, and over-achieving perfectionists. I also support those navigating burnout, anxiety, depression, and the general overwhelm of life.
 
I come to the space with an awareness of silent struggle and the complex presentations of survival. Having spent much of my life trying to meet unrealistic expectations, I have intimate familiarity with the confusion of belonging, the impact of being perceived but never fully understood, and the fatigue of a nervous system that struggles to calm down.
 
Our beliefs about ourselves are shaped by systemic, relational, and past experiences. Healing often begins with validating your reality and learning to release burdens that were never yours to carry. In session, we explore ways to reconnect with your authentic self, honor every part of your story, and navigate life with more steadiness.
