I’m here to meet you exactly where you are, with an open mind and heart, ready to explore whatever comes up. My goal is simply for you to feel well, whatever that means for you, and there are countless paths we can take together to get there. I’m not here to dictate your journey, but rather to walk alongside you, helping you uncover insights and perspectives that might be hidden from view when you’re in the thick of things.

My goal is for you to feel truly seen and heard in our sessions, and to create an environment where you feel safe and supported. I’m want to help you develop a deeper relationship with yourself and the world around you, whether that’s through exploring your past, processing difficult emotions, or learning practical coping skills. Clinical Supervisor
I am an approved supervisor with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists which means I am able to provide supervision to registered associates who are working toward licensure as well as to supervisor candidates who need supervision of their supervision in order to become approved supervisors themselves. I work with clinicians who are:
Just starting out and want to set themselves up for success
Successful and established, but want to hone their business and administration skills
Employed by community mental health agencies that may not be able to provide the kind of supervision and mentorship they’re seeking
Looking for comprehensive, competent supervision that considers the nuances of each individual client
Committed to their own growth and development, and have goals for their career
Already supervisor candidates who need to meet “supervision of supervision” requirements for the OBLPCT
