About Danielle
Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, I hold my undergraduate, B.A,. in Psychology and Business from the University of Oregon. My masters, M.S. in Counseling Education, and a Certificate in Gerontology come from Portland State University in Portland, Oregon.
My path began in environmental fundraising and later shifted to elder care, where I found my calling. I’ve since lived in Germany, explored digital nomad life, and now call Portugal home. These global moves have deepened my understanding of the emotional complexities of expat life and the same same but different experiences of being a person.
Today, I support clients through an integrative therapeutic approach—using IFS, EMDR, Grief techniques and deep listening—to build a deeper sense of Self, , navigate transitions, and create a life that aligns with your values.
