Oregon Therapists Who Accept Regence

As of April 2026, 87 Oregon therapists listed on Oregon Counselor Directory accept the Regence insurance plan. This network of providers enables clients with Regence coverage to seek therapy with reduced out-of-pocket expenses. Among these, 66 therapists offer telehealth sessions, reaching Oregonians across the state, and 69 provide in-person sessions, offering flexibility in care modalities. 27 of these providers also accept Oregon Health Plan (OHP/Medicaid), expanding access to those with limited financial resources. Sliding scale fees are available with 24 of these therapists, accommodating a broader range of income levels. A majority, 81, are currently accepting new clients, indicating a significant capacity for new patient intake. These therapists utilize evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), enhancing the quality of care provided.
