As of April 2026, Oregon Counselor Directory lists 16 therapists in Oregon who specialize in Structural Family Therapy. This approach emphasizes the relationships and dynamics within a family system to address and resolve issues. Of these, 12 offer telehealth options, allowing families across Oregon to access therapy from the comfort of their homes. 7 of these therapists accept the Oregon Health Plan (OHP), Oregon's Medicaid program, providing therapy at low or no cost to eligible families. Additionally, 6 therapists offer sliding scale fees, which can be adjusted based on family income. This makes therapy more accessible to a wider range of families.
