As of April 2026, there are 24 therapists in Oregon specializing in the Gottman Method, a research-based approach to relationship therapy that emphasizes communication and conflict resolution skills. 18 of these providers offer telehealth, making this therapy accessible to couples across Oregon, from rural regions to urban centers. 6 therapists accept the Oregon Health Plan (OHP), which may cover therapy sessions for eligible clients at little or no cost. 11 therapists provide sliding scale fees, accommodating clients based on income. 23 therapists are currently accepting new clients, and 20 offer in-person sessions.
