With 29 of these providers offering telehealth sessions, individuals across Oregon can access therapy from the comfort of their homes. 15 therapists accept the Oregon Health Plan (OHP), providing low-cost or no-cost treatment options. 16 providers offer sliding scale fees, making therapy more accessible to those with financial constraints. Evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) are commonly utilized.
