As of April 2026, 15 Oregon therapists listed on Oregon Counselor Directory specialize in Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). Telehealth options are available with 11 of these providers, broadening access to BPD treatment across the state. Four therapists accept Oregon Health Plan (OHP), which can make therapy more affordable. Seven providers offer sliding scale fees to accommodate varying income levels.
