As of April 2026, Oregon Counselor Directory features 18 therapists across Oregon who accept Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) insurance. These providers offer a range of services, with 14 providing telehealth options, enabling clients to receive therapy from the comfort of their homes. Additionally, 4 of these therapists also accept Oregon Health Plan (OHP), Oregon's Medicaid program. Three offer sliding scale fees, accommodating clients with varying income levels. A majority, 15, are currently accepting new clients. Therapists listed on the directory utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), providing effective treatments for a variety of concerns.
