As of April 2026, 68 therapists in Oregon are listed on Oregon Counselor Directory who specialize in providing out-of-network services. This means they may not be directly contracted with specific insurance companies but can still bill insurance on behalf of clients. Of these, 52 offer telehealth services, expanding access to mental health care across Oregon. 18 therapists accept the Oregon Health Plan (OHP), providing an alternative for those with Medicaid coverage. 30 therapists provide sliding scale fees, which can be beneficial for individuals with limited income. A majority, 65, are currently accepting new clients, and 56 offer in-person sessions. These providers utilize evidence-based approaches to support mental health treatment.
