As of April 2026, 38 Oregon therapists listed on Oregon Counselor Directory specialize in providing services that align with the Optum insurance plan. Among these, 34 offer telehealth, enabling clients across Oregon to access therapy from the comfort of their own homes. 11 of these providers also accept the Oregon Health Plan (OHP), which is Oregon's Medicaid program. Additionally, 15 of these therapists offer sliding scale fees, catering to clients with varying income levels. A majority of these therapists, 36 in total, are currently accepting new clients. With a combination of in-person and telehealth options, 26 therapists provide in-person sessions.
