As of April 2026, Oregon Counselor Directory lists 10 therapists statewide who accept the OHP Open Card, Oregon's Medicaid insurance plan. These providers offer a range of services, with 8 of them providing telehealth sessions, ensuring that residents across Oregon, including those in rural areas, can access therapy from the comfort of their homes. All 9 of these therapists accept OHP, which may cover therapy sessions at little or no cost depending on the client's specific managed care plan. Additionally, 3 therapists offer sliding scale fees, which can be beneficial for clients whose income falls outside of OHP coverage. All 10 providers are currently accepting new clients and offer in-person sessions, making it easier for Oregonians to find the care they need.
