As of April 2026, 50 Oregon therapists listed on Oregon Counselor Directory accept Medicaid, also known as the Oregon Health Plan (OHP). Among these, 37 providers offer telehealth services, expanding access to care beyond geographic boundaries. 47 of these therapists accept OHP, ensuring low-cost or no-cost therapy options for eligible Medicaid recipients. 18 therapists offer sliding scale fees, accommodating clients with varying income levels. 45 therapists are currently accepting new clients, and 44 provide in-person sessions for those who prefer face-to-face interaction.
