As of April 2026, 21 Oregon therapists listed on Oregon Counselor Directory specialize in providing services covered by BlueCross and BlueShield. Among these, 13 therapists offer telehealth sessions, enabling Oregonians to access care remotely from various locations. 7 of these BlueCross and BlueShield accepting therapists also accept Oregon Health Plan (OHP), which may include low-cost or free therapy sessions for those eligible. Two providers offer sliding scale fees, catering to clients with financial constraints. A majority, 20 therapists, are currently accepting new clients. These providers utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), among others.
