As of April 2026, Oregon Counselor Directory lists 39 therapists across Oregon who accept Anthem insurance. These providers offer a range of mental health services, with 34 of them providing telehealth options, enabling clients to receive support from the comfort of their homes. Additionally, 11 therapists in this group also accept the Oregon Health Plan (OHP), expanding access to care for individuals with Medicaid coverage. 12 therapists offer sliding scale fees, which can be crucial for those with financial constraints. Of these, 37 are currently accepting new clients, and 28 provide in-person sessions, ensuring flexibility in service delivery.
